PCB board

Printed circuit board {PCB circuit board}, also known as printed circuit board, is the provider of electrical connections for electronic components. Its development has been more than 100 years old; its design is primarily a layout design; the main advantages of using circuit boards are greatly reduced wiring and assembly errors, improved automation and production labor rates.

The current circuit board is mainly composed of the following components:
Circuit and Pattern (Pattern): Circuit is used as a tool between the original parts, in the design the large copper surface will be designed as the grounding and power supply layer.Circuit and drawings are made at the same time.
Holes (Through hole / via): through holes can make two levels of transmission lines to connect with each other. Larger through-hole is used as part plug-in. In addition, nPTH is usually used as surface mounting positioning, and when fixing it is used for fixing screws.
Solder resist ink(Solder resistant /Solder Mask) : not all copper surfaces must be using tin to connect the component. Therefore,the area that not use tin will be used to print a substance that insults copper surface to use tin (usually epoxy resin), so as to avoid short circuit between lines that do not use tin. According to different process, divided into green, blue, Chili oil oil.
Silk Screen (Legend / Marking / Silk screen): This is an unnecessary structure. The main function is to mark the name and position of each part on the circuit board ,which is convenient for maintenance and identification after assembly.

Surface Finish: Since the copper surface is easily oxidized in the general environment and cannot be tin-plated (poor solderability), it will be protect the copper surface where is need to use tin. The protection methods include HASL, ENIG, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, and OSP. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, which are collectively referred to as surface treatment.

The design and material of the circuit board play a vital role in the stability and visual performance of the LED display.We have 5 kinds of PCB boards, that is single layer, double layer, four layer ,six layer and muti-layer circuit boards.Their thickness are 1.6mm. In generally speaking,the more layers of the PCB board, the better effect of the heat dissipation.
On the most basic PCB, the parts are concentrated on one side and the wires are concentrated on the other side. This type of PCB is called a single layer because the wire only appears on one side.
double layer:
Both sides of this circuit board have wiring, but to use two sides of the wire, it is necessary to have a proper circuit connection between the two sides. The "bridge" between these circuits is called the guide hole (via).
muti layer-circuit:
In order to increase the area that can be wired, the multi-layer board uses more single or double-sided wiring boards. With a double-sided for the inner layer, two single-sided for the outer layer or two double-sided for the inner layer, two single-sided outer layer of the printed circuit board, through the positioning system and an insulating adhesive material alternately printed circuit board according to the design requirements for interconnection together and the conductive pattern becomes the four layer, six layer printed circuit board, also known as for multi-layer printed circuit board.
